We utilize evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Gottman-informed couples work, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) for children and teens.

We are primarily a private pay practice, with limited acceptance of select Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna clients. Our intensive services are private pay only and may be split into 2–3 installments for added flexibility. Sliding scale rates are available when needed, and pricing for organizational services varies based on the unique needs, scope, and level of support required, with each partnership customized to ensure services are aligned, effective, and impactful.

Sessions are offered virtually across Texas, creating a seamless and accessible experience that allows you to engage in this work from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
For organizations, nonprofits, schools, and faith-based communities, in-person services are available throughout Central Texas, including Austin, San Antonio, New Braunfels, and San Marcos. These services include consultations, trauma-informed trainings, workshops, and speaking engagements.
Travel to additional locations may be available upon request.
