Stronger Organizations. Healthier People.

Thriving Communities.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to build stronger, people-first organizations where everyone has the opportunity to grow, contribute, and thrive.

We partner with organizations to develop stronger leaders, strengthen teams, and create healthy, inclusive, and trauma-informed environments that bring out the best in people.

OUR VALUES

People. Growth. Inclusion. Integrity. Impact. We believe people are an organization’s greatest strength and that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow, evolve, and reach their potential. We value environments where people feel seen, respected, supported, and included, and we approach every partnership with honesty, accountability, professionalism, and purpose. Above all, we believe meaningful work should create lasting impact that extends beyond a single training, consultation, or conversation.

OUR VISION

We envision a future where organizations put people first where leaders are empowered to grow, teams feel valued and supported, and every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential. By creating healthier, more inclusive, and people-centered organizations, we believe we can strengthen not only the workplace, but the communities they serve.

The Heart Behind the Work

Andrea Johnson, MS, MA, LPC
Founder of Innovation Faith Counseling & Consulting, PLLC

I created Innovation Faith from a deeply personal belief: people deserve environments where they can feel seen, supported, valued, and empowered to grow. That belief began in the counseling room, but over time, I realized that helping people thrive also means addressing the organizations, leaders, cultures, and systems that shape their everyday experiences. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I know what it means to navigate systems that were not designed with everyone in mind, and those experiences have strengthened my commitment to helping individuals find their voice while challenging organizations to recognize blind spots, strengthen their leadership, and create healthier, more inclusive, trauma-informed environments.

Faith and family are at the heart of who I am. As a woman shaped by generations of Indigenous and African American strength, resilience, and perseverance, I carry with me a deep appreciation for those who came before me and the responsibility to create greater opportunities for those who come after me. My faith in Jesus grounds the way I lead with compassion, integrity, purpose, and the belief that growth and transformation are always possible. I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life thrive—personally and professionally. Whether through counseling, consultation, leadership development, training, or community partnerships, my work is centered on helping people recognize their strengths, helping leaders become more intentional, and helping organizations build cultures where people truly come first.
